Chief Master Sergeant Delia
R. Cogar currently serves as the Plans and Program Superintendent, 82d
Communications Squadron, 82d Support Group, 82d Training Wing, Sheppard
Air Force Base, Texas. She provides senior enlisted leadership to over
90 military and civilian personnel supporting 4,900 active duty members,
2,000 guard and reserve members, 5,900 family members, and 87,000 students
within two training wings.
